Journal With Me on a Sick Day

Josie is feeling under the weather and needed to take it a little easier today. In this episode, she shares a low key journal prompt session designed to help you connect with your thoughts and reflect. This episode was recorded during a time when Josie was slowing down to care for her health. She explains that the next episode, airing on 8/18/25, was pre recorded so she can fully recover and take care of some things outside of Lua Nova.
