Journalist Chris Hedges on being cancelled by the National Press Club

Australia’s National Press Club was due to host Pulitzer prize winning journalist, the former Middle East Bureau Chief for the New York Times, Chris Hedges on Monday October 20, 2025. But after receiving the outline for his speech, they cancelled the event, saying they "decided to pursue other speakers".
