Journalist Darwin BondGraham Says Oakland Police Using 'Muscle Memory'

Bay Area residents came out in droves to protest police brutality over the weekend. While most of the protestors were peaceful, vandalism and looting also took place at shopping centers and stores. The police were out in full force in San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland, wielding batons and weapons, in some cases firing tear gas. Oaklandside News Editor Darwin BondGraham was on the ground reporting and tweeting. He’s been covering the Oakland Police Department for years.
