Doing interesting things uses up a lot of our attention, and that’s okay—but it’s important to keep checking in on ourselves, because what our body is feeling can change how we feel! And if we let ourselves get too tired, or too hungry, or we wait too long to go to the bathroom, we can start to feel bad, or sad, and we can spoil our own fun.In today’s episode, Macho is doing a very interesting thing! He’s been working hard for weeks and weeks to put the final touches on his brand-new spaceship, the Mach Mini, and now he’s invited Vac and Scotty over to see its first launch!  It’s an exciting day, but Macho doesn’t seem excited. In fact, it seems like something is very wrong. He’s getting upset easily and behaving rudely and unkindly.
