Joy and Happiness.

There's nothing more satisfying than being around someone who has joy because joy is the result of a deeply content heart that is fully present. Happiness is always the result of the things that are happening, pleasant experiences. I'm experiencing a life of joy because of a deeper understanding of the values I have and happiness. Again, it's from the deep connections I have with those that I love and love me back. Most of these are decisions that we make with our hearts and with our minds. You are loved. I love you.
