From aging and sleep to academic performance, relationships, physical health, and even pain perception, prioritizing joy can dramatically improve our lives. It’s anything but frivolous.Brains work best when they are freed from stress.  We are born stress-free, but often forget it as we get “should-ed” through life.  Through the work she calls “The Practice, she helps people remember that!  (Sometimes she even says she teaches “not-forgetfulness.”).
