JR Aduddell is a former Marine CH-53D Avionicsman who served from 1997 to 2006. He was a standout at HMH-463 and became an Aerial Observer (AO), which helped him gain a deeper appreciation for his role in Avionics.JR and John served together at 463 and became part of a tightly knit group of maintainers and flyers. Developing young leaders to carry on the traditions they learned from were among their greatest joys and successes. Their commitment to setting an example for others to learn from was an integral part of what keeps the Marine CH-53 community a great place for today's active duty Marines.JR is now a part of the Air Force C-17 community - where he comically states he has learned to develop his "soft skills."Stay tuned for more from JR in the future.
