JR Entrevista: ‘A câmera corporal é um instrumento de proteção à atividade policial’, diz diretor-geral da PRF

À jornalista Renata Varandas ele disse que as câmeras corporais representam uma segurança à atividade policial. "Muito mais do que o conhecimento médio, a população média imagina que seja um instrumento de fiscalização do policial. Não. Ela é um instrumento de proteção à atividade policial. Aquilo dá transparência ao serviço público como tem que ser," esclareceu. Para Oliveira, 2023 foi o ano mais difícil da história da PRF. “Por conta de tudo que aconteceu no ano anterior. Então, quando nós chegamos, nós chegamos à direção com uma desconfiança muito grande sobre a conduta da PRF." [...] "Tenho certeza que a gente termina o ano muito maior do que começou," relatou.
