JR Entrevista: adequação à lei é tratar dados com responsabilidade, diz diretor-presidente da ANPD

O diretor-presidente da Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), Waldemar Gonçalves Ortunho, afirmou ao JR Entrevista que a Lei de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) não veio para impedir uso e compartilhamento de dados, mas para proteger os dados do principal interessado, o titular. “A empresa que se propõe a captar dados passa a ser controladora, e a ela cabe a responsabilidade de proteger esses dados. A LGPD é bem protetiva, é inspirada na lei europeia e protege dados pessoais. A adequação à lei se resume a isso, tratamento de dados com responsabilidade”, explicou Ortunho ao jornalista Guilherme Portanova. Confira a íntegra.
