So, we reached out to him, and he was gracious enough to come on the show and talk all about it and what is happening with boards of nursing across the United States. We also discuss the precedence that was set forth in the Vaught case. In preparing for this episode, we did reach out to the NCSBN in regards to questions about if testifying before the board would be a violation of the 5th Amendment to self-incriminate.
