JTC 13 - Innovation in the Class : What have you changed?

Nowadays, teachers face many challenges in the class. We have to make many innovations or changes that enable our student to learn better. So, how do you make your students learn in the class? Has there been any changes since your first teaching? We would talk about what actions have you made in the class to make your lesson more interesting.
