JTOL0104 The James Younger Trans Case

The James Younger trans case is about a 7 year old boy who is caught up in the custody battle between his mother, Anne Georgulas and his father Jeff Younger. His parents have been appearing in family court trying to decide if his mother, who wants to affirm his possible transgender identity will have more custody over him, or if his father who wants to 'watch and wait', will have more power over his son's future..
