Otavalo (Imbabura).- El Gobierno Nacional a través del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (Magap), durante el 2015 benefició a más de 3000 habitantes de sectores rurales con escrituras públicas así lo dio a conocer Juan Pablo Chacón, Director Provincial de Magap en Imbabura,: “En el 2014 se entregaron cerca 2200 escrituras y en este año aproximadamente 3000. Tenemos todavía 40% de tierras por legalizar en la provincia”, dijo.
