Today on America in the Morning   Judge Blocks Birthright Order One of President Trump's first acts since beginning his second stint in the Oval Office was to sign an executive order that would redefine birthright citizenship in America. A federal judge put a temporary hold on that order. John Stolnis has more from Washington.     Hegseth Vote To The Senate After clearing a key procedural vote mostly on party lines, the Senate is advancing Pete Hegseth's nomination to be defense secretary. As Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports, when the full Senate plans to vote, there are two Republicans who have said that they will vote against Hegseth.
