Judge Denies Scott Peterson’s Latest Attempt To Prove His Innocence

A California judge has refused to review new evidence that the L.A. Innocence Project and Scott Peterson’s attorneys say will exonerate him. Peterson’s defense team says they will take their fight further, and plan to appeal to a higher court.
