LIVE FROM STUDIO 6B — Damon Roberts, Rick Delgado, Rick Ammirati, Paul Nolan, and Beni Rae Harmony break the day's biggest fights in court, Congress, media, and the markets.   A Massachusetts judge officially declared a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy murder case after jurors deadlocked following about a week of deliberations. Clancy does not deny killing her three children; the fight was over criminal responsibility and postpartum psychosis. Prosecutors now decide whether to retry. A status hearing is set for Sept. 29. She remains held at Tewksbury State Hospital.   Latest University of New Hampshire polling has former Sen. John Sununu ahead of Rep. Chris Pappas, 45–43, in the race for Jeanne Shaheen's open New Hampshire Senate seat. Inside Elections just moved the race to toss-up. Primaries land Tuesday, Sept. 8.   Maria Bartiromo's attorney, Bryan Freedman, says reports she was fired by Fox are "absolutely and unequivocally false," claiming "we have the receipts." Fox announced Thursday she is "no longer with FOX News Media." Freedman has previously represented Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Don Lemon, and Chris Cuomo.   Sen. Mitch McConnell has now been out of public view for more than 80 days since a June fall and pneumonia. Rep. James Comer says McConnell's staff wants him back when the Senate returns Sept. 14. Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has demanded more transparency. McConnell has missed 60 roll-call votes.   Romanian prosecutors formally indicted Andrew Tate on trafficking of minors, money laundering, sex with a minor, and witness tampering. Tristan Tate was charged with complicity. Both deny wrongdoing. The brothers are jailed in the U.S. amid a separate U.K. extradition fight.   President Trump signed orders Friday aimed at cheaper beef: a temporary tariff pause on 300,000 metric tons of lean beef trimmings, country-of-origin labeling on foreign beef, and a path for ranchers to process their own meat. Trump named Brazil and Argentina among sources.
