Judge Rejects Bid to Boot Clark County Prosecutor's Office

Clark County Superior Court Judge Robert Lewis dismissed a defense motion to disqualify the entire Clark County Prosecutor's Office from a case against Steven Michael Ward. The motion stemmed from lead prosecutor Laurel Smith's acknowledged relationship with Sgt. James Dewey, the case's lead investigator.
