Judge Roche's recusal order is nothing but a character assassination of Laura Cannizzaro Rodrigue

While the rest of the New Orleans bench signed standard, one-page recusal documents, Judge Roche used his order to condemn Cannizzaro Rodrigue for publicly calling his bench a "kangaroo court" and spreading "vicious falsehoods."
