Judge Twanet Olivier Refuses Julius Malema’s Application for Discharge

🔴BREAKING NEWS🔴 Judge Twanet Olivier of the East London Magistrate Court has denied EFF leader Julius Malema's application for discharge in terms of 174 of act 51 of 1997. The trial will proceed as planned, as the judge stated, "A mere say so that it was a movie gun does not make it so; it's not evidence. In light of the evidence presented so far." Malema is accused of allegedly firing a firearm at the EFF 5th Anniversary Celebrations.
