from ALAA EZZEDDINE · host ALAA EZZEDDINE

Everyone has an opinion about you. But do you have one about yourself? In this raw, unfiltered studio session, Alaa Ezzeddine sits down and goes deep into one of the most universal human experiences — judgment and criticism. Whether it's coming from strangers on the internet, people close to you, or the loudest critic of all — your own mind — this episode is the conversation you didn't know you needed. We break down:🔹 Why people judge — and what it actually says about them, not you🔹 How to receive criticism without letting it destroy your confidence🔹 Why we're our own worst judges — and how to silence that inner voice🔹 The fine line between constructive feedback and toxic negativity🔹 How to stop caring about what people think — for real this timeThis isn't a motivational speech. This is a real session — honest, direct, and no filter. Think of it as sitting across from a friend who actually tells you the truth.🎧 Listen on all major platforms:🟢 Spotify → Search Alaa Ezzeddine Podcast🍎 Apple Podcasts → Search Alaa Ezzeddine💜 iHeartRadio → Search Alaa Ezzeddine▶️ YouTube → You're already here — hit Subscribe!📌 If this episode spoke to you, share it with someone who needs to hear it.A like, a comment, or a share takes 3 seconds — and it helps this show reach more people who need these conversations.🔔 Subscribe & turn on notifications so you never miss an episode.#Podcast #SelfImprovement #Criticism #JudgingPeople #MentalHealth #Confidence #PersonalGrowth #AlaaEzzeddine #StopCaringWhatPeoplethink #PodcastEpisode #LifeTalks #Mindset #SelfAwareness #Motivation #Unbothered #PodcastCommunity #NewEpisode #StudioSession #TalkShow #RealTalk
