Judgement? What is it really?

from Into The Mirror Hosted by Alexander

Judgment and learning what it means and what it doesn't mean in the awakening journey. We hear it all the time that we shouldn't judge. What does that really mean? What is the difference between judgement and discernment? Why is judgement so bad if we're protecting ourselves? I've learned tons about judgment along my life's journey and been in front of many judges(no kidding). How do we exist in this world and survive and not use judgment? Well, we can judge all day long but the cost is yours. Learning when your energy is moving from discerning to moral worthiness of that discernment is very important. Using empathy in a healthy way and maintaining your balance is key. Stop judging yourself as well. Forgive everyone especially yourself. How do you feel about the homeless? What do you care about anyone? It's honesty that counts not being right or wrong here. we can't make any progress without getting honest and this means learning about what we honestly are. Judgement implies worthiness and it's absolutely false. Forgive yourself, honor your mistakes, and learn to just let the love flow. Welcome to the Tribe.
