Judge's shocking decision to free stepbrother accused of murdering Anna Kepner in cruise ship cabin

The details of Anna Kepner’s horrific murder inside a Carnival Cruise ship cabin were shared at an emotional court hearing. Kepner’s 16-year-old brother Timothy Hudson is accused of strangling and killing Anna inside the cabin they shared. Despite the alleged violence, a Miami judge agreed to keep Hudson free and on home confinement living with family while the case moves forward.
