These Obama and Biden-era appointed judges are overstepping their reach and power to try and prevent the mandate the American people gave President Trump to fulfill. Judge Hannah Dugan literally tried to prevent ICE from arresting an illegal alien at her court for domestic abuse charges. Judge James Boasberg is demanding Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, to be returned to the U.S. Judge Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, has served in federal court for around 6 months and is already trying to reverse USAID payments that have been blocked by the Trump administration. Josh Hammer gives us expert insight on previous cases and how they were adjudicated. When looking at the Supreme Court, the Martin-Quinn score shows a liberal/conservative ideology scale in which our current Supreme Court judges rule.
