Judy Estes has held a variety of roles in the legal leadership at Mastercard.  She is a leader of teams with a practical business-minded approach.  But, what really sets her apart is the ability to instantly see the bigger picture - her eye is always on the larger, more decisive business goals. She is also not shy with an opinion, joke or decision (at Andy’s expense).  She loves the song “Every Breath You Take”, a song privacy nerds loved to add onto their Twitter posts about their “GDPR Spotify Playlist” in 2018.  For Judy though, it’s more about how she balances a busy family life with the rigor of leadership at Mastercard.
