While she can work with others, she prefers the world of entrepreneurship because she can help in a way that works for her. Not being accountable to a boss allows her the freedom to come up with individualized solutions for each of her clients. It wasn’t always easy however. When she found her way back to entrepreneurship, she had to rebuild her relationships and pipeline and it took longer than she anticipated. This is one of the reasons that she believes in building relationships before you need them. Judy has so many amazing nuggets of wisdom to share.
