Hola apasionados del taekwondo, bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio de nuestro podcast: Pasión Taekwondo. El programa para todos los enamorados del arte marcial del puño y del pies. Como todos los viernes traigo un juego para la clase de taekwondo. Es un juego que se sale del contenido habitual porque no está totalmente relacionado con dar patadas.Sin embargo este juego te puede ayudar a desarrollar la capacidad de combate y también puede servir como ejercicio compensatorio.Con ejercicio compensatorio, me refiero a que si en la práctica de taekwondo lo más habitual es ejecutar patadas una y otra vez, también es bueno (sobre todo con los pequeños) utilizar otro tipo de ejercicios que estimulen diferentes músculos, diferentes articulaciones, etc.Siempre hablo muy bien de la lucha, ya que la considero una forma muy natural de juego y de combate, entonces el juego de hoy no es más que enseñar determinadas posiciones de "control" utilizadas en judo y lucha y a partir de ahí crear retos.El mantener una posición en la lucha "controlar" es algo muy importante, antes de pensar en sumisiones es importante aprender a controlar a la otra persona.¿Cómo utilizar las posiciones de control?Hay muchas posiciones de control, por ejemplo la monta. Una persona se coloca acostada y la otra sobre ella como si estuviera montado en un caballo. Puedes googlear "mount position" si tienes duda de cómo es. Una vez que una persona está arriba, el de abajo tendrá determinado tiempo para escapar, si lo hace tiempo gana. Si no lo hace, gana el oponente, así de fácil.Hay muchas posiciones de control, la monta, el control lateral, control norte-sur, la guardia, incluso puedes experimentar con posiciones de pie.
