Elma has a number of accolades to her name such as being listed as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Young Persons in the World 2022 through Junior Chambers International, she was also recently recognised as one of Sunday World’s Unsung Heroes in Entrepreneurship; Gauteng Women of Wonder Awards and awarded Top 100 Most Employable Graduates in South Africa. She is the founder and and CEO of Award winning company Elevate Africa, a company that strives to pass on the gift of Public Speaking to Africans all over the continent.
