Being able to build and foster an engaged audience on social media is one of the most important skill sets a titleholder can have, not only for her pageant career but also for the one beyond that.It’s also a crucial factor in helping a Director grow the pageant by getting more girls to compete year after year.The difficulty lies in balancing the need to become proficient in social media with not allowing it to become an all-consuming full-time occupation unto itself.
