Starting her career with Standard Chartered Bank, Julia held a multitude of roles before moving into the Intermediary world where she set up and subsequently sold her own practice then went on to manage the Strategic relationships of all UK Networks.Julia joined Openwork in 2017 managing the Top 50 Mortgage Firms across Scotland, Northern Ireland, Northeast, Northwest and the Midlands and currently manages 7 of the top 20 Strategic Partner Firms such as Just Mortgages, Newcastle Financial Advisers and Milecross Financial Solutions in addition to Growth firms from around the UK. Julia was pivotal in supporting all advisers during the Pandemic, moving all Face-to-Face events to Online, a first for the company with record breaking attendance to ensure all advisers were kept up to date in all proposition and business continuity areas. Julia has also hosted two Charity Golf Days raising over £7,000 for The Openwork Foundation even though she doesn’t play golf!   Outside of work, Julia is married, owns her horse (whom she competed at Badminton Horse Trials) and enjoys anything sporty.
