As part of this award, he will be undertaking a special training program at the renowned British Racing School (BRS) in Newmarket from April 7th to 11th, 2025.This training program is considered a unique opportunity to elevate Julian's development as a rider to a new level and is taking place at one of the best facilities worldwide for training aspiring jockeys.The schedule for the week is quite intensive and includes:"Riding Out" on the famous Newmarket gallops.State-of-the-art simulator training and assessments.Fitness sessions at the BRS Gym.Race reviews with top coaches like Richard Perham and Michael Hills.A presentation on "Motivation in Sport" by Simon Milton.The "Race Ready Circuits" program by the Injured Jockeys Fund (IJF), focusing on safety in racing.Sessions on "Reading Form" and "Pace Awareness".Riding Work and further presentations.A session on Nutrition by Oli Whiteman.Julian's trainer, Michael Figge, is incredibly proud of this achievement, which he sees as a milestone for Julian. Julian has been training with Mr. Figge since 2022 and has shown talent, fighting spirit, and perseverance. He has overcome challenges, including an injury in 2023, demonstrating mental strength and ambition.Some of Julian's notable achievements include his first victory on his favorite horse FREIBIER in Munich on May 1st, 2024, and another win with FREIBIER in Baden-Baden. He also won a "Kistenritt" in Cologne, showcasing his versatility.Julian is currently working intensely on his fitness and preparing his equipment for the upcoming season. A particular highlight before his trip to BRS is his planned ride on FREIBIER at the WHITE TURF in St. Moritz on February 16th, 2025.The trip to Newmarket also includes a planned visit to Gibson Saddlers, a well-known saddlery in the area. The anticipation for this international training experience is high, and it's seen as a significant step in Julian's promising career.
