Julie Finley

On the 6th of August 1994, a cyclist who was taking part in a time trial on Rainford bypass in St Helens found the naked body of a young woman. This would turn out to be 23 year old Julie Finley who had last been seen the night before in Liverpool city centre. Julie had been struggling with a drug addiction and had left the flat where she was staying. The police had to try and figure out how Julie had travelled 15 miles away and why?
