Julie speaks to us about her 3 su*cide attempts with the first one occurring at the age of 16. We speak about the thoughts she had during her 3 attempts and what caused them. Each attempt had a build up that lasted weeks and sometimes months before. From a difficult teenager that was void of love to being a mother at 22 isolated her with difficult thoughts. Years later, Julie attempted a 3rd time but she had a good support system with her and her husband was able to save her. These days Julie shares her experiences and prevention to avoid a repeat of her childhood in someone else.
