When lockdown began and I began panicking about how on earth I was going to practice 'properly' at home in this tiny flat, I decided to take the plunge and buy the TC Helicon VoiceLive 3, a piece of kit I had been thinking about for ages, and make this a lockdown project that might save morale and sanity. Here is one of the spontaneous little experiments that have emerged as I get to know the beast, fiddling around with the several hundred preset vocal effects, the manifold possibilities of individual effects (such as harmony and hardtune) and the loop function.
