July 10: Indestructible

The Christian life is indestructible because it is rooted in the eternal. The things of this world may come and go, but our relationship with God is eternal. When we put our faith in Jesus Christ, we are given a new life that is secure in God's hands. There are many things that can try to destroy the Christian life, but none of them can ultimately succeed. Our enemies may try to attack us with fear, doubt, or temptation, but we can overcome them all through the power of the Holy Spirit. The Christian life is also indestructible because it is constantly being renewed. As we grow in our faith, we become more and more like Jesus Christ. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds, and we become more and more resistant to the attacks of the enemy.
