STOP for Real Rest Pastor Michael Lodge We live busy lives in a busy culture.  "How are you?" Is typically responded to with  "Great… just busy."  But is our busyness depleting us?  Does our fast paced life keep us from experiencing real rest?  God doesn't only command us to rest; He also blesses us with the gift of a day of rest.  Today, we look at Deuteronomy 5:12 and see what a blessing it is to STOP and find real rest.
