We continue our series “The Gospels Speak to Everyone” this week with the second Gospel: the book of Mark. We hope you’ll find it eye-opening! Mark is quick and to the point in his writing. He tells many of the same stories found in the other Gospels, yet his message carries such a fresh perspective. Mark’s heart for worldwide evangelism is clear. Rather than filling his Gospel with Jewish references, he writes for all to understand. Specifically, he writes to encourage Roman believers facing persecution that Jesus is worth suffering for!
