July 18 2019 - Who Does This Belongs To?

from A New Human Experience · host Winnie Oftuc

Recently I was on an energetic healing call and we were releasing sadness.  While I was releasing the sadness I also got to know the origin of my sadness.  Sadness had been my goto emotions for a while now and even though I've processed a lot of it there is still just a bit of it left.  When I got present to the fact that this sadness wasn't even mine to begin with, it was an unprocessed experience passed down to me, I felt dumb struck as to shy I've been hanging on to it all these years.  The moral of this is that before you hog and defend your god given right to any emotions, please make sure it's you've really earned it!  I'm being cheeky of course.  Part of processing emotions is to know where it originates.  A big hint is that it rarely, if ever, originates by you.  Knowing that it's a hand-me-down emotion makes it much earsier to let go of for me.
