July 18th Cape Cod Canal & Cape Cod Bay Fishing Report with AJ Coots of Red Top

Welcome to another July edition of the My Fishing Cape Cod Podcast presented by Cape & Islands Mitsubishi! In this podcast we visit with AJ Coots of Red Top Sporting Goods in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. AJ has a very encouraging fishing report for both the Cape Cod Canal and Cape Cod Bay! It seems like some of the best Striped Bass action of the season is currently taking place in the Canal and off the East End into Cape Cod Bay. The fishing is likely to get better and continue to stay hot as we approach a full moon this weekend with optimal morning low tides. In this episode we also discuss the boat bite in Cape Cod Bay, where to target Fluke in Buzzards Bay from shore, and of course the offshore fishery stretching out to the canyons.
