July 2020 Medical Practice Excellence Conference

Today MGMA announced that the Medical Practice Excellence Conference will be virtual instead of in San Antonio, thanks to the spread of COVID-19.  I am presenting at the virtual conference on the topic of rethinking metrics, dashboards, and appointments after COVID-19.  This week’s BIG Idea is a sneak peek at some of the topics we will discuss during my session at the virtual conference.  If you have been to one of my sessions, you know that the conversation will be interactive and there will be ideas and participation from practices around the country.  This year will be no exception.  Even though the conference will be virtual, the discussion will be as lively and collaborative as ever.  Registration is open.  I look forward to hearing your ideas and insights.
