Condo Apartments: A total of 1,576 units were sold. Semi-Detached sales surged 25.5% YoY! Average Price: Detached homes: Average price of $1,361,660. Condo Apartments: Averaging $651,483. Townhouse prices saw the biggest YoY decrease at -7.4%.
