July 26 – Trusting God's Timing

In today’s episode, Pastor Brandon Dirmann shares a devotion from 1 Peter 5:5–7, where Peter encourages believers to humble themselves under the mighty hand of God, cast their cares upon Him, and trust that He will exalt them in His perfect timing. Pastor Brandon reminds listeners that while most of us would not consider ourselves prideful, pride often reveals itself in our determination to force opportunities, control outcomes, or make things happen through our own effort. Scripture calls us instead to clothe ourselves with humility, recognizing that God's grace rests upon those who trust Him rather than strive apart from Him. Whether we are waiting for a promotion, a relationship, a financial breakthrough, or another long-awaited opportunity, we are invited to faithfully do our part while surrendering the results to the Lord.
