An award-winning speaker, his story has inspired many to believe in themselves and recognize their God-given potential. In his first book, "Get Out Of The Dumpster! A True Story on Overcoming Limitations," Dr. Padin narrates how he went from being a high school dropout, working for pennies hauling garbage by hand out of a dumpster, to become a successful educator, author, entrepreneur, executive coach and spiritual leader, and how anyone experiencing their own "Dumpster Moments" can do the same. Dr. Padin refers to "Dumpster Moments" as self- imposed limitations people face —fears, doubts, confusion, economic problems, emotional turmoil, and toxic relationships. Mike Veny is America’s leading mental health speaker and a high energy drum circle facilitator. Mike’s path to becoming a public speaker became evident at an early age. He convinced the staff at psychiatric hospitals to discharge him three times during his childhood. In addition to being hospitalized as a child, he was expelled from 3 schools, attempted suicide, and was medicated in efforts to reduce his emotional instability and behavioral outbursts. By the fifth grade, Mike was put in a special education class.
