The Corpus Christi City Council met yesterday at City Hall for a regularly scheduled meeting. An update was provided on when the city could see water restrictions eased. The city said no to a donation from local business leaders to pay for applying for a federal grant to help fund the Inner Harbor Seawater Desalination Plant project. A motion to create a committee to look at possibly presenting a ballot measure to change the City Council's size, terms, and pay was approved. And Bass Pro Shops is still looking for a location in town after announcing interest in the area two years ago.
