Jump On The Table

Things have gotten a little chaotic around the house lately. Stress levels up, peace levels down, and an irritability index higher than normal. It reminded me of the time I spotted a cockroach in my parents' house, made a heroic leap onto the dining table, and screamed for my dad. He appeared promptly, handled it like it was nothing, checked the perimeter, and set me safely back on terra firma. In this episode we ask the question: how much more would our Father in Heaven do for us? When the enemy attacks and the fight feels real, perhaps the answer is not to fight harder but to bend our knees, bow our heads, and let God do the fighting. We are more than conquerors. He already won.
