This is the first of our new "Jumpstart Your Wealth" series to help first-time home buyers and investors jumpstart their real estate experience. And the first topic we'd like to address is "Getting Out of Debt."  We had an amazing husband-and-wife team on the show last year to talk about their efforts to eliminate debt and get into real estate, so we're reposting that interview as the first Jumpstart episode.   Meet Ali & Josh Lupo, better known as "The FI Couple." The FI stands for "financial independence" which they have now obtained.
