Bailey was one semester away from graduating college then he decided to drop out. It’s an incredible story. No one approved, especially his parents. There was so much uncertainty getting into real estate at his age, and of course a college degree naturally felt like a safer, more necessary option. This decision ended up taking him to great success and he credits it all to networking. Bailey didn't have the knowledge, he started from scratch but with the courage to take that one step forward without any guidance, he found & created connections that got him to where is today.
