"We Can Trust the Bible" • Various Scriptures - Brother Jonah Lowrance. The resurrection of Christ is true; it is history. It is not some far-fetched story requiring more evidence for us to believe. The word of God gives us all we need to have confidence in this truth. In scripture we see prophesies from David, Daniel, and Isaiah that were fulfilled and the testimony of eye witnesses to Christ’s resurrection.  "Faith at Jericho" • Hebrews 11:30-31 - Elder Bryce Lowrance The next example of faith the Apostle uses in Hebrews is two-fold. The Israelites trusted the word of God that He would give them the city of Jericho if they simply walked around the city. Rahab believed God would give the Israelites the city as well, so she hid the spies and made a contract with them to spare her. Both believed that God would deliver them. One was delivered when the walls fell. The other was delivered when the walls stayed up!   These message were preached on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
