Impatience narrows everything. The road you can see, the options you can imagine, the grace you can extend — all of it shrinks the moment frustration takes over. Today Corey and Pastor Mike dig into what it actually looks like to pause before reacting, and Corey walks through pages 84 through 87 of the Big Book like a road map — watch, ask, discuss, make amends, turn your thoughts to someone you can help. When he's actually doing it, he says, the whole day feels like one long prayer. He's not doing it 50% of the time. Probably less. Mike ties it to Isaiah 55 — God's ways are higher than yours — and lands on something worth sitting with: every time you see a person in the rooms with compassion instead of irritation, you're already seeing through God's lens.
