Over the last decade, Mr. Rowden has been challenged to build new programs, transform organizations, and mitigate risks. The key to his success has been his ability to use connectional intelligence to establish critical relationships, develop effective process with measurable outcomes, mobilize teams to build innovative solutions with positive impacts to the community, and deliver strong financial results. He is currently the Head of Engagement Initiatives and Community Outreach for Wells Fargo & Company, an American multinational financial services company that is the world's fourth-largest bank by market capitalization and the fourth largest bank in the US by total assets. Wells Fargo & Company is headquartered in San Francisco, California, with central offices throughout the United States.
