For the first time, the boys are together to record this weeks pod and are joined by our very special guests: Michael Paul Ansaldi, Mainsy and Adam "The Ice Man" Busalacchi - NHL Hub City Selections Coming?: With the NHL eliminating several cities, including Vancouver, it looks like we are left with Vegas, Toronto and Edmonton as serious contenders to be the two playoff hubs. Which two fit the NHL criteria and provide the best logistical benefits for the league, players and TV partners? - NHL Draft Lottery: Of course the NHL manages to get themselves into a mess -- the first overall pick will be awarded to one of the eight teams eliminated in the qualifying round, Los Angeles wins second overall and will continue building out their prospect pool, Ottawa gets both the third and fifth and poor Detroit gets 4th. - We make our qualifying round predictions: Three unanimous selections and one pick that leads to a bet 1 vs. 4. Who will advance to the first round of the playoffs?
